Pioneer of NITROTECH HT SHOP Mr. Krishankant Pujara (B.E Mechanical) has about fifty years of experience in industries. Nitrotech HT shop was the first unit started in 1996 for GAS NITRIDING job work in Gujarat state. Since 1996 this journey has started and today we have the largest Nitriding facility in Gujarat and may be in India. We are having seven Gas Nitriding furnaces of various sizes (height and diameter) details of which are mentioned in the list of equipment. The legacy of skill, care and techniques is taken ahead by his son, CEO, Mr. Harsh Pujara, B.E. (Mechanical) for more than 12 years.

After providing quality heat treatment in Gas and Liquid Nitriding process for many years, in the year 2020 we have started the “Vacuum Heat treatment“ process in a company named “NK Vacuum Heat treatments”, the sister concern of “Nitrotech HT shop“. We are constantly achieving desired hardness, wear resistance and other mechanical properties in different tool steel materials like high speed steel, hot work steel, cold work steel, plastic mold steel and many other tool steel materials.

By demand of the customers, we have also added heat treatment processes like Hardening, carburizing, Nitro-carburizing, carbonitriding & annealing. And we are delighted to mention that we are achieving desired results in all these processes and our customers are highly satisfied.
